These terms govern use of The Motor List website. A vehicle purchase, rental, sourcing or other service is governed by the separate written agreement accepted for that transaction.

Vehicle descriptions, images, availability, prices, taxes, delivery estimates and calculators are provided for information and enquiry purposes. They are not a binding offer, reservation or guarantee. Material facts and commercial terms must be confirmed in the final written agreement.
Enquiries and estimates
Submitting an enquiry does not obligate you or The Motor List to complete a transaction. Automated estimates are indicative and may exclude insurance, registration, tax, transport, currency movement, finance costs or other items identified on the relevant page. Eligibility, identity checks, payment terms and final availability remain subject to review.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for genuine personal or business enquiries. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use vehicle information to mislead others.
Intellectual property and third-party services
The Motor List name, presentation and original site content are protected. Vehicle manufacturers and other owners retain their respective marks and materials. Links to Telegram, Google or other third-party services are governed by those services' own terms and availability.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it may be changed, suspended or contain an error. Nothing on the website excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, The Motor List is not responsible for indirect loss caused solely by reliance on preliminary website information instead of the final written transaction documents.
